Development in contact re-engagement and administrative organization **Employment Type: Internship** **Salary:** 1,000.00 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance + possibility of bonus **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM **Location:** FORTALEZA - CE **Responsibilities:** * Support the head secretary in reception routines * Serve customers and patients in person and via WhatsApp * **Conduct contact re-engagement** (proactively follow up with patients and leads who have previously contacted the clinic) * Assist in appointment confirmation and scheduling organization * Assist in organizing documents and administrative records * **Participate in sales initiatives and customer retention activities** * Cover the head secretary’s lunch break **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (preferably in administrative fields, secretarial studies, communications, or related areas) * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with communication tools (WhatsApp Business, spreadsheets, etc.) * Preferred qualification: Prior experience in public-facing roles, reception, or administrative functions Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 24 months Payment: R$1,000.00 - R$1,001.00 per week Benefits: * Meal voucher Work Location: On-site
