The person will be responsible for leading teams, organizing routines, structuring performance indicators, and supporting the company in identifying technical solutions for new projects, directly contributing to the evolution of construction standards and customer experience. **Responsibilities and duties** Coordinate Technical Assistance services across delivered developments. Define, guide, and monitor area routines, activities, and procedures, proposing improvements when necessary. Allocate and monitor resources (teams, suppliers, and materials). Develop, monitor, and analyze area performance indicators. Align performance expectations, develop the team, conduct evaluations and feedback. Analyze maintenance requests originating from the Customer Service Center (CSC) and delivery checklists, respecting warranty deadlines. Issue Technical Pathology Reports, indicating corrective actions and estimated costs. Plan and prioritize services according to complexity. Delegate tasks, hire specialized companies, and engage responsible suppliers where applicable. Monitor service execution and ensure delivery quality. Customer relationship management. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 6 years’ experience in construction site work / maintenance within the civil construction industry. Advanced Microsoft Office package.
