




We are seeking an Engineer with solid experience in the operation and maintenance (O&M) engineering of photovoltaic solar power plants, responsible for providing technical leadership for activities related to generation infrastructure (modules, inverters, trackers, and associated subcomponents). The candidate will serve as the focal point for strategic decision-making and technical support to local teams. The Senior Engineer is expected to possess advanced analytical capabilities to interpret failure trends, lead warranty management with suppliers, and drive improvements in maintenance processes and asset optimization. Additionally, the candidate must ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, contributing to maximizing energy generation and technological innovation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead complex failure investigations and major corrective interventions on solar generation assets (modules, inverters, and trackers), including field work to ensure operational excellence and performance maximization; * Conduct predictive failure analysis (e.g., interpretation of thermographic images, I-V curves, etc.) to prevent issues in critical components; * Participate in defining and developing maintenance plans for solar power plants, as well as evaluating technical improvements, upgrades, and spare parts strategies; * Participate in preparing OPEX budgets related to assets and develop technical specifications for contracting strategic suppliers (parts and specialized services); * Provide technical support to field teams, assisting in identifying and resolving equipment failures; * Manage equipment warranties with suppliers, including completing warranty forms, preparing technical documentation, and tracking claim processes; * Participate in developing and reviewing solar power plant operational procedures; * Deliver technical presentations and prepare executive reports to support senior management in decision-making; * Ensure continuous control and updating of technical documentation, including single-line diagrams, inverter manuals, and firmware; * Conduct technical training focused on developing field teams and other O&M personnel; * Provide technical support for regulatory matters (ONS/ANEEL) and insurance claim processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Familiarity with solar power plant equipment (inverters, trackers, modules), including their subcomponents and failure modes; * Experience reading and interpreting solar plant equipment diagrams and design documents; * Experience in Operation and Maintenance of solar parks; * Basic understanding of budgeting; * Willingness to work on-site in Fortaleza. **Additional Information** Benefits for you * Competitive benefits package; * Opportunities for learning and professional development.
