Our internship program includes supervision by mentors and an improvement project focused on the area of practice. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the Human Resources department in training and development activities; * Support the management of strategic HR indicators; * Deliver HR solutions to Clients; * Propose improvements through presentation of an internship project to the company’s executive boards; * Suggest initiatives and campaigns focused on the Employee Journey. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently enrolled in a Psychology undergraduate program, up to the 7th semester.
