Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** Supervising warehousing-related activities, ensuring inventory accuracy and proper inbound and outbound product movement within the warehouse and storage areas. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise daily WMS system operations, ensuring correct recording of all inventory transactions; * Ensure proper configuration of locations, picking rules, wave picking, and prioritization settings in the WMS; * Monitor system-physical inventory discrepancies and address operational failures and data entry errors; * Guarantee inventory accuracy and correct transaction recording in the WMS; * Ensure accurate time and movement logging in the system; * Enforce inventory control procedures for products; * Monitor logistics KPIs (productivity, picking errors, cycle counts, and service level); * Validate daily product inventory counts; * Maintain orderly warehouse layout and efficient picking; * Ensure inventory reliability through daily monitoring of product cycle counts; * Assess CD occupancy; conduct product mapping (fast-moving items); * Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, replenishment, cycle counting, and shipping processes; * Manage and develop operational teams, assigning tasks according to system priorities; * Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational procedures, and safety regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields; * Solid knowledge of WMS systems; * Knowledge of logistics KPIs and operations; Prior experience in the field; * **Additional Information** BENEFITS: * 100% covered Hapvida health insurance; * Odonto Systen dental plan available via enrollment; * Breakfast and lunch provided at the CD cafeteria; * Basic food basket loaded onto Swille card; * Discount on our products; * Crescer Freitas development program; * SESC partnership; * University partnerships; * Free parking; * Christmas kit; * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Freitas is a household goods company founded in 1988, operating 34 stores across the states of Alagoas, Ceará, Bahia, Rio Grande do Norte, Pernambuco, and Paraíba, plus wholesale distribution nationwide.
