Here, we seek someone who not only manages processes but also innovates and inspires, directly contributing to the growth of our operations and the satisfaction of our customers. ### **What will you do daily?** * Monitor contracts for receiving, storage, picking, packaging, and shipping operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy at each stage; * Meet and exceed delivery deadlines, continuously striving to optimize operations; * Develop and implement intelligent logistics strategies, integrating marketplaces, B2B and B2C customers seamlessly; * Monitor inventory closely, avoiding overstock or stockouts and ensuring optimal stock levels; * Identify and apply modern technologies, ensuring seamless integration with marketplace and sales platforms; * Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, carriers, and partners, negotiating terms that balance quality and cost\-effectiveness; * Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure logistics operations align with various internal workflows and demands. * Supervise post\-sales activities and ensure control of RMA and warranty processes, delivering agile and efficient service to resolve requests and maintain high customer satisfaction standards. ### **Who are you?** * Solid experience in logistics, especially within the dynamic e\-commerce landscape; * Ability to manage inventory and track orders with excellence; * Analytical strategist capable of identifying improvements and implementing effective solutions; * Exceptional negotiation skills, building valuable partnerships with suppliers and carriers; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams; * Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; ### **Why join us?** * Innovative environment where your ideas are heard and valued; * Opportunity to be part of a growing company, directly impacting our success; * Challenges that push you beyond your comfort zone and elevate your professional capabilities; * Collaborative team focused on impactful, results\-driven outcomes.
