In all locations, we consistently deliver differentiated, top-tier products across corporate segments and first and second homes for middle- and high-income clients. **What you will do:** Represent the company before competent agencies and entities, requesting the issuance of documents, titles, permits, licenses, certificates, notations, and various registrations. * Represent the company before Real Estate Registries (Cartórios de Imóveis), submitting documents and filing requests for property registration certificates and ownership certificates to verify the legal status of properties to be used by the company in its developments. * Request notations from competent agencies for developments at the start of construction and for each unit upon completion, enabling owners to carry out required registrations upon delivery. * Request various titles and documents for pledge processes aimed at securing bank credit and obtaining the CND (Certificate of Negative Debt) from INSS, through recording of books of accounts and daily construction logs. * File applications for negative certificates with the Federal Revenue Service to demonstrate the tax compliance status of companies/developments. * Request payment of applicable fees and contributions required to obtain documents from competent agencies, banks, and entities. * Collect obtained documentation according to service deadlines and visits to the agencies involved in issuing the requested documents. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Architecture; or related fields.
