




Description: What we expect from you: Education: Civil Engineering or Administration; SAP knowledge; Knowledge of Traffic Management and Revenue Collection; Experience with highways; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Driver's License Category B — valid; Experience in highway operations; You stand out if you have: Postgraduate degree; Knowledge of Brazilian standards; Familiarity with manuals issued by CONTRAN, DNIT, CTB, and Highway Management guidelines. * Promote and implement development programs, retention initiatives, and internal actions that enhance organizational climate, ensuring that the people management indicators for your business unit(s) align with the metrics established by the People & Management area. * Periodically evaluate, jointly with all key leaders, process outcomes using performance indicators to ensure compliance with contractual parameters defined for your business unit(s). * Support the concession contract management area by facilitating all processes interfacing with Regulatory Agency(ies) and oversight bodies, ensuring timely submission of all reports, official letters, documents, and data as required under contractual commitments. * Periodically review ombudsman and customer service planning & control indicators, collaborating with customer service teams to develop action plans aimed at eliminating bottlenecks and improving customer satisfaction scores and the measured reputation of your business unit(s), including responsibility for addressing specific demands within your area of operation. * Define, jointly with all operational leaders, specific goals, action plans, and performance indicators for operational teams to achieve targets set for your business unit(s), whether financial, operational, ESG-related, compliance-related, etc. * Implement, together with the SGI (Integrated Management System) area, all occupational safety programs defined for your business unit(s), aiming to eliminate work-related accidents resulting in employee absences, and supporting certification and maintenance of applicable ISO standards. * Conduct technical site visits, structure quantity take-offs, prepare budgets, and apply best practices—supporting resource and workforce sizing efforts—and contribute to the Highway Division’s new business area through technical studies, planning, and budgeting for new business opportunities. * Manage Road Safety processes where applicable, encouraging critical analysis by support teams regarding accidents and ensuring implementation of defined action plans to continuously improve road safety on the highway(s) under your responsibility. * Develop short-term operational strategies to ensure continuous maintenance and improvement of operational procedures under your management. * Fulfill compliance and anti-bribery responsibilities, recognizing that your position and functional area entail a higher-than-low compliance and bribery risk, and that activities under your control are integrated into the system. * Comply with, and enforce, company policies and procedures related to your activities, asset management, service quality, environmental protection, road safety, occupational health and safety, and the consequences of non-compliance. 2512200202551929148
