You will work within a team that values precision, partnership, and continuous learning, directly supporting the tax department in ensuring legislative compliance and information quality for the business. * Verify and record incoming, outgoing, and service invoices. * Calculate indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS, COFINS) under supervision. * Assist in filing ancillary obligations (SPED, GIA, DCTF, etc.). * Organize and archive physical and digital tax documents. * Provide support during tax audits and inspections. * Perform tax reconciliations and support monthly closing. * Collaborate with other departments to clarify tax-related questions. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Tax Assistant/Clerk (mid-level). * Knowledge of invoice workflows and indirect taxes. * Proficiency in basic/intermediate Excel. * Technical or undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields (in progress or completed). * Experience with ERP systems or tax software. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in an accounting firm or medium/large-sized company. * Knowledge of SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions, and state/municipal obligations. * Prior experience with tax regimes (Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, Lucro Real). * Certifications, courses, or specializations in the tax/financial area.
