




Description: What we expect from you: Prerequisites: Degree in Civil Engineering. Desirable: Experience in construction projects. Desired Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of planning and quality control. What awaits you in your daily routine: * Plan, execute, and control construction projects. * Technically assess solutions adopted on construction sites, investigate and resolve pathologies, develop studies on new technologies and procedures. * Specify equipment, materials, and services. * Validate the project budget with management. * Prepare unit cost compositions for labor, equipment, materials, and services, allocating specific and general project costs. * Jointly develop, with the planning team, the physical and financial schedule; perform updates and revisions as necessary. * Submit and authorize material procurement requests and contracts through the Sienge system. * Assist the Procurement Department in technical purchase standardization. * Assist in preparing the site diary, identifying issues and incidents involving service providers to ensure compliance with quality, cost, and schedule requirements. * Support contract management for service providers, preparing interim payment certificates and monitoring residual contract balances. * Assist in quality control activities on site, accepting or rejecting materials and services, identifying methods, and using instruments and tools for control purposes. * Support coordination of the site’s technical team, assisting in delegation of responsibilities to ensure activities are completed within cost, time, and quality parameters. * Interact with the Design Department whenever necessary, ensuring up-to-date information regarding modifications, changes, and corrections to approved execution drawings. * Monitor and assist in preparing monthly performance indicator reports on a dedicated platform immediately after receiving updated information. * Ensure conditions are met at project completion for technical inspections required for issuance of permits, licenses, and occupancy certificates (habite-se). * Review and monitor the owner’s manual to guarantee accurate information for the client. * Monitor inspection and apartment handover processes. * Provide technical content to the Marketing Department upon request for customer communications. * Conduct post-construction technical inspections, evaluating whether technical warranty or maintenance services should be activated to adequately serve the client. * Participate in training programs when requested and deliver training sessions whenever necessary. 2512200202551648450
