Responsibilities and Duties: * Perform deboning of meat cuts according to standard; * Keep the work area organized and clean; * Supervise the Operations Assistant team on all operational procedures within the department; * Adhere to safety standards and monitor the team’s use of PPE; * Guide department associates on correct packaging usage and standard labeling methods for processed products; * Supervise compliance with the meat counter layout; * Serve customers. Required Qualifications: * Completed high school education * Availability to work flexible hours * Prior experience in this role required * Prior deboning experience required * Must reside in Salvador 2601010046291919566
