The professional will be responsible for ensuring **customer satisfaction and loyalty**, overseeing the entire post-sale process—from service scheduling to monitoring inspections, maintenance, and resolving issues related to the customer experience. **Responsibilities** * Provide **customer service**, ensuring excellence in support and communication. * **Monitor services performed** at the workshop, ensuring deadlines and quality. * **Manage complaints, warranties, and returns**, seeking quick and effective solutions. * **Schedule inspections and preventive maintenance**, keeping the customer’s history up to date. * **Coordinate communication among customers, the workshop, and the sales team.** * **Conduct follow-ups** on satisfaction and administer NPS (Net Promoter Score) surveys. * **Identify opportunities for new services or products**; **Requirements** * Completed high school education or currently pursuing a university degree (preferably in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields). * Prior experience in the **automotive industry**, customer service, or workshops. * Basic knowledge of **automotive mechanics** is considered a plus. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Skills in negotiation and conflict resolution. **Advantages** * Experience in car dealerships or automotive centers. **Benefits** * Meal voucher / Cost-of-living allowance Job Type: Full-time CLT Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1.656,96 – R$2.671,96 per month Benefits: * Food voucher Work Location: On-site
