Theoretical Training/Course Hours: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Initial Espro Course Phase: 10 business days (Monday to Friday, online). Intermediate Espro Course Phase: Once per week (in-person). Contract Duration: 23 months. The apprentice will begin activities with Espro via online theoretical training. Theoretical training with Espro will last for 7 days. Upon completion of this initial phase, the apprentice will start working at the company and attend Espro once per week (in person). The course will be conducted at the Espro unit nearest to your residence.
