Requirements: * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Administration, Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Proficiency in SQL and Python; * Experience with Databricks; * Experience with visualization tools such as Superset, Tableau, or Metabase (at least one); * Strong expertise in product-oriented data analysis (cohorts, funnels); * Excellent communication skills for storytelling and insight presentation; * Curiosity and proactivity; * Knowledge and experience in automations and building workflows using no-code tools (N8N, Make, etc.). **Nice to have:** * Knowledge of legal operations/back-office KPIs. **A glimpse of your day-to-day with us:** * **Ownership of the Data Pipeline (Databricks):** You’ll be the guardian of Legal’s data! Your mission is to ensure data ingestion, processing, and high availability in Databricks. We expect a hands-on, investigative profile to dive deep into the data and guarantee that the foundation remains solid and reliable. * **Automation and Efficiency (Python + No-code):** Streamlining manual processes is your forte. You’ll develop Python scripts and build agile workflows using no-code tools (N8N, Make) to connect systems and automate routines—freeing up the team to focus on what truly matters. * **Data Visualization and Value Generation:** More than just creating dashboards in Superset, we seek someone with business acumen. Your goal is to transform complex data into clear visualizations and actionable insights that shift the game for the Legal team. **Work model:** * Remote (Brazil).
