We are seeking a Mid-level Contract Analyst to be responsible for managing and ensuring the legal compliance of all company contracts, processes, and trademarks, acting strategically and preventively. The professional will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts with commercial representatives across the entire national territory, as well as representing the company in labor, civil, and administrative proceedings, and safeguarding the company’s trademarks and intellectual property. **Responsibilities:** * Draft, review, negotiate, and execute contracts with commercial representatives operating in various states. * Standardize and update contract templates, ensuring compliance with current legislation (Law No. 4\.886/65, Civil Code, and other applicable regulations). * Manage the contract lifecycle, monitoring deadlines, renewals, terminations, and obligations. * Support the commercial department in contractual interpretation and conflict resolution for new partners. * Represent the company in labor and civil lawsuits, acting directly or coordinating partner law firms. * Draft defenses, appeals, and legal submissions where applicable. * Issue legal opinions and preventive opinions on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters. * Manage the registration and maintenance of the company’s trademarks and patents with the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (INPI) and other competent authorities. * Support internal departments in implementing compliance and contractual protection policies. * Monitor legal risks and propose corrective and preventive measures. * Collaborate with the Controller, HR, Commercial, and Procurement departments to ensure legal security in operations. * Participate in strategic meetings involving significant legal risks. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Law with active registration at the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). * Proven experience in Corporate Law, Contract Law, and Labor Law. * Knowledge of the Commercial Representation Law, Intellectual Property, and Corporate Compliance is desirable. * Negotiation and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strategic vision. **What we offer:** * Life insurance; * Flexible card; * Medical assistance; * Dental plan available upon enrollment, per employee choice; * SESC partnership; * Discount on company products; * Transportation allowance; * Pharmacy partnership; * Total Pass; * Corporate transportation: shuttle service between the company and Barra Funda metro station, according to defined routes and schedules.
