* Process billing for fiscal documents related to operations; * Issue fiscal invoices, CT-e (Electronic Cargo Transport Document), and receipt invoice entries; * Monitor deliveries with carriers; * Collect delivery confirmations (Comprovei platform); * Generate shipping manifests and labels for product picking; * Attach payment slips to fiscal invoices and CT-es; * Generate shipment, receipt, and delivery tracking reports; * Generate inventory reports for the Warehouse team; * Validate freight payments issued by carriers; * Validate receivable CT-es on the SIGT platform; * Monitor carrier performance and suggest cost and efficiency improvements; * Identify new transportation partnership opportunities; * Generate monthly cargo movement and warehousing report; * Provide administrative support to the Transportation department; * Handle telephone and email communications with partner carriers and Vibra (no contact with end customers).
