Responsibilities and Duties: You will work in the Commercial area as a Store Manager, responsible for daily people management—selecting, training, and continuously developing your team—as well as administering the point of sale, maintaining its infrastructure and controlling expenses. Some of your key activities include: Supporting periodic team meetings; Supporting media development; Supporting sales negotiations with clients; Participating in the productivity analysis of the sales team; Participating in training programs to enhance the sales team; Organizing and promoting the sales team’s daily routine; Coordinating and monitoring the contract workflow.
