Key responsibilities include: **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:** * Assist students in understanding proposed content and methodologies; * Guide the use of didactic resources and institutional platforms; * Encourage study habits and academic organization; * Receive and implement practices with students during face-to-face meetings; * Support the execution of laboratory activities, seminars, and interdisciplinary projects; * Clarify doubts and forward academic requests to the responsible faculty/coordination when necessary; * Serve as mediator between students, faculty, and coordination, ensuring smooth communication; * Identify individual or collective difficulties and report them to coordination for appropriate action; * Encourage students’ active participation in discussions, projects, and institutional activities; * Assist with logistics for classes and face-to-face meetings (attendance tracking, material organization, schedule monitoring); * Maintain updated records regarding student participation and performance; * Foster students’ autonomy and self-confidence; * Support students’ academic adaptation and integration into the institutional environment; * Promote ethical, collaborative, and responsible attitudes within the academic environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Completed undergraduate degree in OPTICS AND OPTOMETRY. * Postgraduate studies in the field will be considered an advantage. **Computer Skills:** * Microsoft Office Suite. **Requirements:** * Proactivity; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational and time management skills; * Ability to interact effectively with students of diverse profiles; * Prior experience in tutoring, academic mentoring, or teaching will be considered an advantage. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** * UP ECOVILLE — Rua Professor Pedro Viriato Parigot de Souza 5300, Curitiba **Benefits:** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Meal Voucher; * Transportation Allowance or Parking; * Total Pass; * Pharmacy Benefits; * Life Insurance; * Tuition Assistance.
