Analytical profile with quick reasoning and focus on root cause resolution Description: Apply quickly via email: Requirements and Qualifications: * Proven experience as an Industrial Supervisor or Production Leader; * Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, PDCA, and industrial performance indicator analysis; * Knowledge of capacity planning, shift management, and line balancing; * Technical or undergraduate degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related fields. * Strong and inspiring leadership with active presence on the shop floor; * Assertive and objective communication focused on execution and results; * Analytical profile with quick reasoning and focus on root cause resolution; * Resilience and composure under pressure in high-operational-demand environments; * Continuous improvement mindset and ownership mindset toward processes. Desirable: * Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma; * Experience in the textile, apparel, labels, packaging, or printing industry; * Experience in cultural transformation and digitalization of production processes.
