Guide, train, and monitor teams. Review performance indicators (sales, losses, inventory, shrinkage, and customer service). Ensure proper stock replenishment, organization, pricing, and store layout. Guarantee compliance with internal policies, labor regulations, and health and safety standards. Supervise inventories, financial statements, and inventory control. Work to reduce losses and continuously improve business results. Ensure implementation of promotional campaigns. Resolve operational issues and address customer requests. Previous experience as Sales Coordinator, Sales Supervisor, Sales Director, or Sales Leader may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
