Job Summary: We are seeking a Purchasing Analyst to manage the company's procurement activities, lead strategic negotiations, and optimize costs. Key Highlights: 1. Contribution to cost optimization and continuous improvement About the Role: * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and purchases of materials, equipment, supplies, and services; * Prospect, develop, and evaluate suppliers; * Analyze costs, delivery timelines, and commercial terms to ensure optimal cost\-benefit ratios; * Issue purchase orders and monitor the process through to delivery; * Manage contracts and ensure compliance with commercial agreements; * Prepare performance reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department; * Support procurement planning aligned with the company's needs; * Identify opportunities for cost reduction and continuous improvement of procurement processes; * Ensure adherence to internal policies and organizational procedures. * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Management Processes, or related fields; * Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement; * Practical experience in negotiation, supplier management, and cost analysis; * ERP system knowledge; * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills; * Experience in automotive parts procurement is desirable.
