JOB OPENING \- MULTISKILL TECHNICIAN GRAFNET is seeking a committed, proactive, and growth-oriented Multiskill Technician to join our team. The professional will be responsible for performing installation, maintenance, and technical support activities for telecommunications services, ensuring high-quality customer service, prompt issue resolution, and an excellent customer experience. This role is field-based, involving external customer visits, fiber optic internet installations, corrective and preventive maintenance, configuration of equipment, and technical support to customers. Responsibilities Perform fiber optic internet installations and maintenance;Execute cable routing and organization;Configure routers and telecommunications equipment;Identify and resolve technical faults;Complete service orders and service records;Maintain care of materials, tools, PPE, and company vehicles;Adhere to the company’s technical, operational, and safety standards;Provide courteous and high-quality customer service;Meet assigned routes, targets, and deadlines. Requirements Completed high school education;Basic knowledge of networks and telecommunications;Availability for external activities;Strong communication and interpersonal skills;Organizational skills, responsibility, and commitment;Ability to work effectively in a team;Driver’s license category A/B or B;Willingness to use ladders and perform work at heights when required.
