Join a brand that values **style, attitude, and results!** What We Are Looking For: * Completed high school education (undergraduate studies in progress are a plus); * Experience in **sales, retail, and customer service**; * Experience in **team leadership** and familiarity with store operations; * Flexible availability; * A **charming, communicative, solution-oriented**, and team-spirited personality; * Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends; * Residency in Fortaleza/CE. Your Main Responsibilities: * Lead and motivate the store team with a focus on **excellence in customer service and sales targets**; * Develop commercial strategies and promote initiatives to enhance results; * Resolve conflicts and ensure the **best possible experience for customers**; * Conduct team training sessions, encouraging individual development; * Monitor and organize inventory with analytical insight; * Track performance indicators and reports.
