Plan, develop, implement, and continuously execute Technical Support activities for ICT users and Infrastructure Sustaining Services, both remotely and on-site, including: guidance and clarification of doubts, receiving, registering, analyzing, diagnosing, handling requests, resolving issues, implementing services, technology migrations and transfers, and executing periodic procedures; Administer server environments and Data Center services; Control, monitor, and track server environment and infrastructure resources; Manage backup routines; Perform implementation and project development activities within the local infrastructure; Create and keep updated documentation related to local infrastructure systems/services.
