




Description: For this position, you must have: * Technical or higher education in progress or completed in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Information Systems, or related fields; * Previous experience in Level 1 and Level 2 technical support; * Basic knowledge of information security and best practices for data protection; * Analytical ability and critical thinking to improve processes; * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. Desirable qualifications include: * Experience with infrastructure monitoring (Zabbix, PRTG, Grafana, or similar); * Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, or Proxmox); * Experience with corporate asset inventory and management tools; * Experience in retail environments or distributed operations; * An innovative profile, with initiative to disseminate best practices and contribute to the business’s technological advancement. * Administer internal networks and ensure proper connectivity functionality; * Perform server maintenance and management, Active Directory, and other corporate services; * Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to employees, resolving internal tickets and requests; * Monitor and manage infrastructure environments, acting proactively to prevent failures; * Perform hardware, operating system, and network device maintenance; * Implement information security practices, ensuring data integrity and protection; * Manage equipment inventory and track asset lifecycle; * Install, update, and configure corporate software according to internal standards; * Record activities and maintain up-to-date technical documentation; * Collaborate with the IT team to ensure organization, clarity, and efficient communication in daily routines. 2512190202551926921
