* Monitor performance and implement improvements in systems and IT components, ensuring efficiency and stability; * Plan and implement network security policies, ensuring the integrity and protection of corporate information; * Assess requirements and functionalities for information systems, aligning with business needs; * Configure and administer physical and virtual servers, operating systems, and network services (AD, DHCP, GPO, Switches, Routers, etc.); * Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies for new systems and components, proposing innovative solutions; * Provide medium and high-complexity technical support, performing installation, maintenance, and updates of equipment, ERP systems, telephony, and other technological resources; * Perform user configuration, access management, email account creation, and ticket tracking; * Support administrative processes within the department, including document organization and equipment inventory control. **Requirements** + Completed bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Systems Analysis**, or related fields; + Ongoing postgraduate studies will be an advantage; + Experience with **system implementation** (preferably **Sankhya**); + Knowledge in: - Computer networks; - Requirements analysis; - Servers; - Project management fundamentals. + **What we value** - Analytical and collaborative mindset; - Commitment to continuous improvement; - Focus on results and service quality;
