We also provide outsourcing services—the solution to increase efficiency and reduce your company's costs through the skilled labor of our expert team. **Description:** Providing remote and/or on-site support for incidents and requests at Clinics and Urgent Care Centers, following ITIL best practices. **Responsibilities:** Resolving incidents and requests using the Service Portal / ServiceNow, documenting all actions taken; Performing technical analysis, installing and configuring software and hardware, and providing support for internal systems; Solving and supporting resolution of incidents/requests related to WiFi and Ethernet networks; Maintaining/configuring computers, printers, service panels, kiosks, password keyboards; Monitoring/handling existing backlog in the support queue; Meeting service delivery performance indicators; Supporting improvement processes by identifying problems and key issues, proposing solutions. **Requirements:** * Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related fields; * 1 or more years of experience in computer systems and network maintenance; * 1 or more years of experience with current network operating systems; * Understanding of IT principles and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences; * Proficiency in deploying and maintaining basic and supporting hardware and software. **Desirable:** * Experience with ITIL framework. **Benefits:** * 15 paid days off after 12 months with the company;
