We support those who wish to grow alongside us—with responsibility, creativity, and passion for what they do. **If this describes you, join us in building the future.** **Job Mission:** Responsible for contributing to the implementation and maintenance of Aena Brasil’s infrastructure and systems operational environments, aiming to deliver stable, reliable, and flexible services to support all airport operations processes. **Responsibilities:** Administer production environments; analyze problems; interact with users; resolve and manage incidents using an ITSM tool; implement projects together with client areas, users, consultants, and third parties, providing necessary data and information to meet requirements; conduct testing and environment validation according to established plans and procedures, recording occurrences; contribute to technological improvement and innovation by participating in feasibility studies for acquiring and implementing new systems and/or equipment; develop technical plans for improvements in internal and third-party technology environments, fully detailing functionalities and indicating appropriate tools and methodologies; define technical scope and metrics for improvements conducted by third parties through regular contact with suppliers and partners; ensure quality during the implementation of improvements in the production environment by analyzing incidents identified during testing and arranging for their correction; administer and monitor improvements under one’s responsibility in production, identifying deviations and/or opportunities; contribute to the company’s technological updates by conducting feasibility studies for new environments, researching suppliers, systems, and market applications; develop innovative solutions, provide user guidance, advise on alternatives, and lead studies; collaborate with clients in analyzing solutions and improving processes and systems; define IT Operational Instructions, design technical documentation for the installed technology environment, and support various types of incidents; validate and approve new solutions/topologies/proposals/projects; monitor Airport Construction Projects; execute, extract, process, and model data requested by the area manager; transform collected data into relevant information to support decision-making; develop Power BI dashboards with relevant information for teams; monitor area KPIs and present analyses to decision-makers. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. Postgraduate studies or an MBA will be considered a plus.
