




- Define scope and strategic assumptions, identify business alternatives and technical-economic feasibility drivers of the project. - Develop the Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), schedules, communication plans, and risk management plans. - Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, cost, and quality. - Update and manage the project schedule monthly, track adherence, and develop action plans when necessary. - Perform project integration, promoting scope alignment among interface areas and conducting follow-up on project deliverables. - Monitor performance indicators, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. - Report status, results, and strategic decisions to leadership. - Ensure compliance with internal standards, quality standards, and legal requirements. - Apply traditional (PMBOK) and agile methodologies as required by the project. - Conduct alignment meetings, retrospectives, and lessons learned sessions. - Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring visibility and alignment with available resources and company strategy. - Manage conflicts by identifying tensions, analyzing causes and impacts, defining resolution and negotiation strategies, implementing agreements, and monitoring outcomes to prevent recurrence and improve processes Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$10.446,08 - R$11.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance Screening Question(s): * Do you have experience managing corporate projects, preferably in complex environments? * Do you have intermediate/advanced English proficiency? * Knowledge of portfolio management and project governance will be considered a plus.
