




Job Summary: Responsible for leading the restocking and support team, ensuring store organization, proper product display, and excellent customer service, while implementing loss prevention measures and managing team performance. Customer support and problem resolution **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and guide the store restocking and support team; * Ensure adequate stocking of gondolas, islands, and additional display points; * Verify product pricing, expiration dates, and correct display; * Monitor store floor organization, cleanliness, and layout; * Implement loss and damage prevention measures; * Provide customer service support, resolving inquiries and conflicts; * Manage work schedules, absences, and team performance; * Support periodic inventories and stock audits; * Comply with and enforce internal rules, procedures, and company policies. **Requirements** **Education:** * Completed high school (preferably pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields). **Experience:** * Prior experience in supermarkets, preferably as a department leader or supervisor. **Technical Knowledge:** * Supermarket operational routines; * Team management; * Inventory control; * Basic knowledge of loss prevention; * Basic computer skills. **Behavioral Competencies** * Leadership and professional demeanor; * Organization and sense of priority; * Strong communication skills; * Proactivity; * Problem-solving ability; * Results orientation; * Teamwork.
