Description: * High school diploma; * Prior experience in the food retail sector (wholesale, hypermarkets, supermarkets, etc.) will be considered an advantage. * Transport and restock merchandise from inventory to the sales area, replenishing according to the layout established by the company, aiming to maintain organization and ease of customer purchase; * Clean shelves and merchandise, collecting damaged items in compliance with the company’s hygiene standards and minimizing operational losses; * Price all merchandise displayed in the sales area and conduct frequent verifications to prevent issues related to Consumer Rights; * Perform daily verification and control of product expiration dates and quality, removing from the sales area any items unsuitable for consumption; * Deliver high-quality customer service meeting customer expectations, maintaining service standards to foster customer loyalty; * Maintain/clean department tools and equipment according to health surveillance requirements, as well as clean the sales area and inventory area, keeping them clean and organized; * Prepare the department for store opening and closing, including stocking, pricing, product display, and storage, ensuring high-quality presentation while respecting regulatory compliance and procedures. * Restock products and replenish shelves/gondolas according to sales needs and demand, arranging merchandise in an organized manner for easy customer access; * Assist in pallet organization; after use, place them in designated areas to facilitate subsequent reuse. 251220020255379600
