Responsibilities * Supervise painting teams on construction, commercial, or industrial sites; * Plan and monitor service execution schedules; * Ensure finishing quality complies with technical standards and project specifications; * Control materials, tools, and equipment used in painting; * Guide the team on surface preparation, paint application, textures, and coatings; * Enforce compliance with occupational safety regulations; * Perform measurements of completed work; * Monitor team productivity and report project progress; * Request material replenishment and control waste; * Collaborate with engineers, site supervisors, and foremen. Requirements * Proven experience supervising painting activities in civil construction; * Knowledge of surface preparation, types of paints, and application techniques; * Basic ability to read and interpret drawings; * Leadership and team management skills; * Familiarity with occupational safety regulations; * Willingness to travel, if required.
