Come connect with us! **What are the challenges of this opportunity?** ● Perform cleaning and organization of tools, equipment, and the workspace, ensuring order and safety in the environment; ● Transport tools, materials, and replacement parts to the worksite, following instructions from the Mechanic; ● Assist in moving and positioning TBM components under supervision of the Mechanical Technician or Mechanic; ● Perform simple maintenance tasks, such as lubricating parts and cleaning components—or other similar tasks—under guidance from the Mechanical Technician or Mechanic; ● Participate in training sessions on company safety regulations and work procedures. **In addition, what else do you need to have?** Communication skills, teamwork, proactivity, attention to detail, organization, and planning. **And what are the differentiators and requirements to apply?** ● Technical high school education in Mechanics or related fields (preferred); ● Vocational training in the field; ● Prior experience in the role, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments; ● Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment; ● Ability to perform sector organization and cleaning activities. **Compensation and Benefits** \- Compensation: To be discussed \- Employment Type: CLT \- Transportation Allowance (1% deduction) \- Meal/Meal Allowance of R$ 20.00 \- Food Basket: R$ 650.00 \- Christmas Basket: R$ 650.00 \- Dental Plan fully covered by the company \- Life Insurance \- Partnerships with educational institutions \- Semi-annual Profit Sharing: 50% ⛔️⛔️ **Important Notes:** On-site work, 6x1 shift schedule, rotating hours.
