Wash, sanitize, peel, slice, cut, and/or grind vegetables, fruits, legumes, and meats, adhering to good handling practices. Monitor food and supply inventory levels, supporting timely restocking. Clean the workplace, pots, plates, cutlery, tables, and utensils used in daily operations. Perform periodic deep cleaning of the area, including kitchen equipment and facilities. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Support Staff, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position. High school diploma required.
