




Job Summary: Responsible for replenishing, organizing, processing, and ensuring the quality of produce items, as well as providing customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for replenishment and organization of produce 2. Processing and quality assurance of fresh products 3. Courteous customer service and assistance – Correctly replenish produce items in the store; – Ensure all areas (gondolas, shelves, etc.) designated for produce items are fully stocked, applying the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principle and displaying correct pricing; – Properly move produce items within the store according to the store's layout standards, ensuring product integrity and high-quality customer service; – Identify products nearing expiration and report them to the Produce Department Supervisor; – Adjust displayed product prices and replace/attach signage as instructed by the Produce Department Supervisor; – Process products (cutting, slicing, packaging) to optimize their presentation; – Maximize reprocessing outcomes for products; – Weigh products, generate and attach labels indicating weight, price, tare, and nutritional information for subsequent restocking and display; – Monitor receipt and storage of produce items delivered by suppliers; – Verify temperatures of refrigerated storage rooms and sales area coolers for produce to ensure compliance with quality standards and as directed by the Produce Department Supervisor; – Identify and segregate damaged products and report them to the Produce Department Supervisor; – Provide courteous customer service, identify customer needs, and assist accordingly; – Perform other duties inherent to the department.
