Works collaboratively with the kitchen team to support organization, cleanliness, and smooth operation of the workplace. **Main Responsibilities** Prepare and cook food according to the established menu and technical specifications. Ensure quality, flavor, texture, and presentation of served dishes. Organize and sanitize utensils, equipment, and work areas, following health surveillance regulations. Manage food inventory to prevent waste and report replenishment needs. Comply with food safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for food handling. Collaborate on menu planning and suggest improvements. Assist in receiving and storing ingredients, ensuring proper validity and storage conditions. **Requirements** Education: Completed elementary school (preferably with vocational training in gastronomy or culinary arts). Experience: Minimum 6 months / 1 year as a Cook or in similar roles. Knowledge: Cooking techniques, safe food handling, hygiene and food safety regulations.
