Monitoring of electronic and in-person auctions **Bidding Analyst** with proven experience in the field, responsible for strategic and operational involvement throughout the entire bidding process, ensuring the company’s proper participation and competitiveness in public tender notices. **Responsibilities and Duties** · Conduct **tender document research and analysis**, identifying opportunities compatible with the company; · Prepare, review, and submit **commercial proposals and qualification documents**; · Perform **supplier registration and updates** on electronic public procurement portals; · Monitor **electronic and in-person auctions**, with proficiency in major platforms (Comprasnet, BLL, Licitanet, etc.); · Track deadlines, certificates, and required documentation for participation in bidding procedures; · Develop **pricing spreadsheets** and performance monitoring reports; · Maintain communication with Finance, Sales, and Administration departments; · Support updating internal department records and controls.
