Job Summary:
The professional will manage schedules, greet visitors, organize administrative tasks, and provide direct support to leadership, demonstrating proactivity and excellent communication.

**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education (a bachelor's degree in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields is desirable).
* Proven experience as an executive receptionist or administrative assistant.
* Proficiency in schedule organization and priority management.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Discretion, proactivity, and professional demeanor.
* Familiarity with tools such as Outlook, Google Calendar, and Microsoft Office suite.
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage executive/director schedules and appointments.
* Greet and assist visitors courteously and discreetly.
* Organize and follow up on daily administrative tasks.
* Schedule meetings, prepare meeting rooms, and support participants.
* Screen and route important phone calls, messages, and e\-mails.
* Assist in document control and file organization.
* Coordinate with vendors, deliveries, and various administrative services.
* Provide direct support for leadership needs.
