




We are seeking a Meat Department Head to work at our Mambo store located in the Alphaville 2 area. Key Responsibilities / Duties * Coordinate team activities; * Manage absences, uniforms, work schedules, and time off; * Enforce staff use of PPE, uniforms, and ID badges; * Inspect product quality in sales areas and inventory; * Monitor expiration dates; * Oversee and ensure product handling complies with company standards (Mambo stores); * Ensure adequate stock replenishment and sector organization; * Review the LAP report (List of Price Changes) daily and monitor product pricing; * Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels for restocking and prevent stockouts; * Monitor and ensure implementation of MDV (Merchandise Display Verification) without sales or negative stock; * Supervise goods receipt and unloading, verifying product quality and correct weight; * Ensure cleanliness and organization of the department and refrigerated chambers; * Suggest purchase orders to the procurement department; * Comply with technical standards and procedures regarding quality, safety, hygiene, and health; * Conduct periodic meetings with staff to improve department performance; * Foster positive interpersonal relationships among staff; * Achieve target shrinkage and sales results, as well as the department’s established shrinkage percentage; * Cover for the store manager during absences and perform store opening/closing when required; * Supervise product disposal; * Maintain professional appearance and conduct; * Maintain appropriate staffing levels to ensure quality customer service; * Update prices according to information received from commercial or management teams; * Ensure products are within their expiration dates and stored at appropriate temperatures; * Monitor performance indicators reports, margins, sales, and productivity. * Listen to customers, clarify doubts, provide tips and suggestions, and maintain courtesy and friendliness; * Understand customer profiles and propose store improvements to meet expectations and needs; * Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace.
