If you want to be part of production processes that push boundaries, join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in **mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and refrigeration maintenance** (preventive and corrective), as well as layout changes and installation of machines and equipment, meeting established deadlines and company safety standards. * **Monitor the installation of machines**, equipment, and **refrigeration systems**, following technical guidelines, ensuring correct execution and recording relevant information. * **Submit suggestions for process improvements** within the assigned area. * **Identify issues in the operation and functionality of machines, equipment, and refrigeration systems**, as well as failures in protective components or final product quality, promptly notifying immediate leadership for resolution. * **Maintain a clean and organized workplace**, in accordance with quality and safety standards, safeguarding used machines, equipment, and refrigeration components. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Currently enrolled in a technical program in one of the following fields: Electromechanics or Mechanics.** * **NR 35 certification (work at height) is a plus;** * Basic knowledge of **mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance, and fundamentals of refrigeration**. * Basic understanding of occupational safety and industrial environment organization. * Ability to work collaboratively and follow technical instructions. * Availability to perform operational tasks and monitor the installation of machines, equipment, and refrigeration systems. * Proactivity in identifying problems and suggesting process improvements. **Job Location: Barra do Ceará \- Fortaleza/CE** **Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM (Monday to Friday)** **Additional Information** Meals provided at the company (lunch or dinner, depending on shift) Physical food basket after 30 days of employment Easter chocolate basket Christmas gift and Christmas Eve dinner Free parking for employees Transportation (Passe Card or route for the 2nd shift – neighborhoods subject to verification) Grendene Club (discounts on brand products, available after 30 days of employment) Bradesco bank branch inside the factory Pharmacy inside the factory Grendene University (e-learning platform offering courses and training) Medical care (infirmary) Dental services Our story has been built over 50 years, driven by simplicity and the collaboration of hands that, with every step, imprint their love for everything they do!
