Postgraduate degree or MBA preferred, especially in Project Management, Production Engineering, Business Administration or related areas. Proven experience in team management and coordination of complex projects, preferably in construction, retail, franchises, or building works. Proficiency in project management tools and technical drawings. Knowledge of technical standards and regulations. Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers, third parties, legal departments, public agencies, and internal departments. Experience in maintenance management and/or energy projects (solar experience is a plus). Organizational skills, strategic vision, and results orientation. Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
