Focus on health, safety, and environment **Responsibilities and Duties:** The main responsibilities and duties of this position are as follows: * Demolish masonry and concrete structures; * Assist in masonry, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting activities; * Prepare construction sites by cleaning the area and compacting soil; * Perform cleaning of construction sites; * Perform pruning, manual weeding, and mowing; * Assist in assembling and disassembling structures; * Assist in environmental activities; * Assist skilled workers in other tasks; * Perform maintenance, including cleaning machines and tools, inspecting equipment conditions, and repairing any mechanical defects; * Carry out excavations and prepare concrete mixtures and other materials; * Perform basic vehicle/equipment maintenance and arrange for other necessary maintenance, reporting failures and requesting required repairs; * Assist in loading, unloading, and delivery of goods; * Assist in preparing materials to be processed or used in work; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment; * Maintain cleanliness and preservation of the workplace, vehicles, machines, and tools under one’s responsibility; * Comply with company-established health, safety, and environmental standards; * Comply with processes and other mechanisms required for implementation of the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS); * Ensure that the health, safety, and environmental management system complies with applicable requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications:** The main requirements and qualifications are as follows: * Experience in mining environments is desirable * Incomplete Elementary Education – High School Education is desirable Job Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1,000.00 – R$2,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food allowance
