




Job Summary: Internship for mechanical engineering students to support budget preparation, proposal organization, and cross-departmental information integration. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to learn about planning, costs, and industrial contracts **REQUIREMENTS** * Currently enrolled in the 5th semester or later of an undergraduate or technological course in the mechanical field (Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Production, Mechanical Manufacturing, Industrial Mechanics, or related fields); * Basic knowledge of industrial equipment and mechanical manufacturing processes; * Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Interest in learning about planning, budgeting, costs, and contracts applied to industrial engineering. **Main Responsibilities** * Support the preparation of budgets for industrial equipment and services based on technical drawings and engineering information, under supervision; * Conduct price surveys and quotations for raw materials and commercial items from suppliers, with support from the Procurement/Budgeting department; * Assist in organizing and consolidating technical and commercial proposals; * Support integration and organization of information across internal departments (Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Contracts, and SGQ); * Organize, control, and archive technical and commercial documents; * Support technical visits to clients, when applicable and accompanied by department professionals.
