Job Summary: Responsible for the technical and operational supervision of security and remote gatehouse systems, ensuring 24/7 availability and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of CCTV, access control, and facial recognition systems. 2. Acting as Level 2 technical support and team management. 3. Advanced knowledge of networks and IT infrastructure. Responsible for the technical and operational supervision of **remote gatehouse** systems, including **CCTV, access control, facial recognition, IP intercoms, networks, and servers**, ensuring system availability, security, and process efficiency 24/7\. **Key Responsibilities: Remote Gatehouse and Security Systems** * Supervise the operation of **CCTV, access control, remote gatehouse, and facial recognition** systems. * Ensure **stability, availability, and integrity** of operational systems. * Act as **Level 2 technical support** for the operator team. * Address failures, critical incidents, server outages, link failures, and integration issues. * Coordinate **contingency, update, and prevention** plans. * Validate and monitor the implementation of new systems and equipment. **Network and IT Infrastructure** * Monitor performance of **servers, switches, routers, VPN, and internal networks**. * Monitor performance, latency, and connectivity of remote sites. * Prevent and resolve issues in **LAN/WAN, Wi\-Fi, and network links**. * Enforce **information security and LGPD** policies. * Manage access rights, permissions, and security standards. **Operational Management** * Supervise the technical team and remote gatehouse operators. * Distribute tasks and track performance indicators (SLA, response time, tickets, failures). * Prepare periodic technical reports and support internal audits. * Train operators on new procedures, systems, and best practices. * Liaise with vendors, technical service providers, and external support. **Technical Requirements** * Advanced knowledge of **IP CCTV (NVR, VMS, IP cameras)**. * Experience with **access control and facial biometric systems**. * Proficiency in networking: **TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, routing, corporate Wi\-Fi**. * Familiarity with Windows/Linux servers. * Experience in **remote gatehouse**, security call centers, or 24-hour monitoring. * Leadership ability, decision-making capability, and capacity to work under pressure. **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):** * Networking certifications (CCNA, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti). * Experience in critical 24/7 environments. * Experience with ERP, monitoring centers, or building automation. **Benefits** * Meal allowance * Food basket * Transportation allowance * Hapvida health plan (50% employer-paid) * Dental plan * SESC membership * University partnerships Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree Driver's License: Class B, Class A Willingness to travel
