Always committed to humane and excellent care, it received ANVISA certification in 2020 for good practices in patient safety. **Responsibilities and duties** * Actively work on the front lines, guiding and training care teams on best practices in quality and safety; * Actively monitor the routine of care units with a focus on: ensuring institutional processes; driving improvements; ensuring patient safety; providing ongoing training for nursing staff. * Understand principles of healthcare quality: developing protocols, monitoring adverse events, implementing best care practices, and promoting a safety culture; * Lead quality-focused initiatives, fostering an environment of safe, efficient, and patient-centered care, significantly contributing to healthcare service excellence; * Implement preventive measures to reduce risks such as medication errors and hospital-acquired infections; * Identify opportunities for process improvement; * Supervise clinical activities to maintain high-quality standards, including continuous monitoring of adherence to best practices; * Integrate managerial and care dimensions by planning strategic actions, efficiently allocating resources, and facilitating team interactions; * Coordinate teams, implement clinical protocols, supervise practices, and above all, promote patient safety; * Conduct regular internal inspections and audits across various hospital areas, identifying non-conformities and improvement opportunities; * Analyze and present quality and safety indicators, proposing corrective and preventive action plans; * Investigate incidents and adverse events, developing actions to prevent recurrence; * Promote a culture of quality and patient safety at all organizational levels; * Coordinate care flows and performance goal tracking; * Collaborate with other management areas and departments to ensure integration of quality processes; * Among other responsibilities. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in; * Active registration with COREN; * Postgraduate degree in Healthcare Quality Management, Healthcare Auditing, Patient Safety, or related fields; * Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies (PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, etc.). * Proven experience in quality management within a hospital setting, **preferably in a leadership role;** * **Advantage**: Experience with hospital accreditation processes (ONA, JCI, or similar); * **Advantage**: Knowledge of health quality and safety regulations and standards (ANVISA, RDC, etc.); * Leadership and Team Management: Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop people; * Effective Communication: ability to communicate clearly and assertively with different hierarchical levels; * Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving: ability to identify problems, analyze data, and propose effective solutions; * Results Orientation: focus on achieving goals and overcoming challenges; * Proactivity and Initiative: ability to anticipate needs and act independently; * Flexibility and Adaptability: ability to handle changes and diverse scenarios; **Additional information** * On-site meals; * Meal allowance; * Health plan by adhesion (30%); * Dental plan by adhesion; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Conexa Saúde; * SESC partnership; * Partnership with Educational Institutions.
