The company commercializes medical procedures, aesthetic solutions, and training programs for medical professionals, leveraging digital strategies and a data-driven sales and customer acquisition infrastructure. * **JOB MISSION** The Process Manager is responsible for **structuring, organizing, and optimizing Neo Group's operational processes**, with the objective of transforming the company into a **process-driven operation**, enabling the company to operate with: * greater efficiency * greater organization * reduced rework * fewer bottlenecks * greater operational predictability * **CRITERIA FOR A PROCESS TO BE CONSIDERED "MAPPED"** To ensure quality in process management work, a process will only be considered mapped if it includes: * process name * process objective * clearly defined start and end points * responsible parties for each step * visual flow (flowchart or BPMN) * process inputs and outputs * estimated average duration Without these elements, the process will not be considered valid for KPI measurement purposes. * **PROJECT SCOPE** **Complete operational structuring within 6 months** Month 1 \- Comprehensive operational diagnosis and identification of existing processes Month 2 \- Mapping of the clinic's core processes Month 3 \- Standardization of operational routines and creation of SOPs Month 4 \- Identification and elimination of major inter-departmental bottlenecks Month 5 \- Implementation of operational improvements and automations Month 6 \- Consolidated operational structure and standardized, fully functional processes * **EXPECTED IMPACT OF THIS ROLE** The Process Manager’s work is expected to deliver significant structural improvements to the company’s operations, including: * increased team productivity * reduced operational costs * enhanced patient experience * increased service capacity * improved operational organization and predictability This position plays a strategic role in Neo Group's sustainable growth.
