Supervise material flow from goods receipt through to final delivery to the customer. Monitor logistics department KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards. Coordinate material storage, picking, and dispatch processes. Prepare managerial reports on logistics operations and team performance.
