One of the largest hospital groups in the country is hiring: **Junior Human Resources Analyst** **Location:** HUB Ce **Department:** Recruitment and Selection **Responsibilities:** Receive, verify, and manage personnel requisitions for tracking and updating on the job platform; Align candidate profiles and information specified in the personnel requisition and job description with the hiring manager to better define and delimit the position requirements; Conduct individual or group competency-based interviews and facilitate group dynamics with candidates to assess professional profiles; when necessary, accompany candidate interviews with managers to support and assist in the hiring decision; Apply appropriate behavioral profiling assessment tools to gather relevant information for decision-making in the selection process, ensuring candidate alignment with company culture; **Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resource Management, or related fields; Expertise in selection tools and techniques (competency-based selection and group dynamics); Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Proficiency in recruitment and selection platforms (ATS); Preferred: Experience in the healthcare sector.
