Strong communication skills and negotiation ability **Position: Operational Purchaser – Restaurant** **Location:** Aldeota \- Fortaleza/CE **Employment Type:** CLT **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. **Job Description:** A growing restaurant seeks an **Operational Purchaser** to work practically and directly on procurement, quotation, and input control routines. The professional will be responsible for ensuring kitchen and restaurant supply while maintaining planned quality and cost levels. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and purchases of food, beverages, cleaning supplies, and disposables; * Manage inventory control and restock products according to demand; * Monitor delivery deadlines and verify received orders; * Support the kitchen team and warehouse in organizing and controlling inputs; * Register and update suppliers; * Maintain updated purchase records and reports; * Comply with internal policies regarding costs, quality, and deadlines. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a purchaser, purchasing assistant, or similar role (preferably in restaurants or bars); * An **operational** profile, focused on execution and hands-on routine; * Strong communication skills and negotiation ability; * Basic knowledge of inventory control and invoices; * Organizational skills and accountability regarding deadlines and quality. **Advantages:** * Experience in the food service industry; * Familiarity with management systems (ERP) or control spreadsheets; **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: BRL 18.00/day (Caju card); * Transportation allowance: BRL 9.00/day (Caju card); * Performance bonus: BRL 200.00 Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: BRL 2\.300,00/month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
