Working at PWR means having the opportunity to join a team that embodies youthful energy and great ambition. **Are you capable of learning every day, proactive, determined, passionate about challenges, eager to grow, and keen to work alongside high-performing individuals?** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Build and steer technology solutions aligned with the company's and clients' strategies, * Lead the design and architecture of software and technology ecosystems, * Coordinate Development and Systems teams, ensuring alignment and delivery quality, * Plan and monitor technology projects for clients and internally at PWR, * Participate in strategic meetings and support the sale of technology solutions, * Establish and maintain partnerships with software companies and market players, * Drive continuous improvements in automation and innovation projects, * Monitor project progress, ensuring quality and strategic alignment, * Guarantee data and system security and integrity. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related fields Postgraduate degree in Technology Management, Innovation, or Digital Transformation (preferred) Experience leading technology teams Experience in solution architecture and software ecosystem design Background in enterprise consulting (a plus) Strategic vision for software development, automation, and systems.
